Recommendation: Good for Ketogenic Diet patients but not suitable for those following a Renal diet.

Macadamia nuts are low in anti-nutrients and have Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA), containing approximately 18 calories per100 grams. They help to speed up metabolism and don’t let extra fat get stored in the body. You can consume 10-12 macadamia nuts or take one spoon of macadamia oil daily.

3. Avocado

Recommendation: This fruit is perfect for people on keto diet and for those suffering from heart problems and hypertension.

There are many health benefits of avocado. It’s rich in MUFA (Monounsaturated Fatty Acids), vitamins ( C, E, K, B5 and B6), minerals and fibers that are great for sustaining heart health and also treating certain eye disorders. And since it’s low in carbohydrates, sodium, cholesterol and saturated fats – avocado is undoubtedly one of the best diet foods for weight loss.

You can try any of the following Combinations:

· Egg white + Butter + ½ Avocado + Boiled Vegetables

· Chicken or Egg White + 1 Avocado

· Paneer and Cheese + Spinach + 1 Avocado

· Boiled Vegetables + ½ Avocado + 1 Spoon of MCT Oil
